Embodied education

For Girls Ages 9-12 and their Moms

• A 2 hour group workshop to gather, educate, co-regulate, and reflect together 
•  Group discussion on cultural and personal perceptions of menstruation 
• Participants will be invited to share personal experiences and beliefs about menstruation
• You'll be guided through somatic practices to strengthen the mother-daughter connection.
• You'll learn somatic practices to promote body awareness and self-acceptance

• To provide girls with knowledge and tools to navigate puberty and menstruation confidently and comfortably in a supportive environment 
• To gain support in guiding your daughter through this rite of passage
• To deepen the mother-daughter connection
• To cultivate a deeper awareness and acceptance of the menstrual cycle as an integral part of their being
